...ap you can not get new job as no other organization will wait for you this long. You will always need to be happy with lot of work where your work life balance will turn to 0 and with negligible year end salary hike. Also note, they have some hidded deductions from salary for transport and food which no recruiter will mention you before you join.

This company works in a pure traditional way. No proper communication within the team. No standardised format on work. Mild criticism on Juniors/new joiners. No pathway to grow. No Travel opportunity for people those who deserve.

...w, there will be no interactions with Hr team ,with ground issues, won't bother. If the employee didn't join with good package at time of join, he will be having issue. All the employees and colleagues will be seniors so freshers we cannot recommend. And people who are rich . We can recommend.. Poor employees or freshers cannot recommend, respect won't be there, if Hr and other departments would be interactive it might be good
