Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The company is progressive, But The Mangers and seniors do not value individual's strength and opinion. specially for women employees there is no safety or comfortable working environment. the company has illiterate people as on higher possession because of them experience , nothing much.who did not deserve it. also there is no job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step , which is pain sometimes. foe me this organization experience was worst and nothing i get fr them for my future growth .the staff of that organisation work as in team not for company growth but to tease a female employees . i personally faced many challenges in that organization just because I AM women . The environment of this office is totally PATHETIC.
