...ey only hire upper management candidates and dosen’t want to improve their tech. No salary hikes. CEO acts like a admin employee. Do not join this company if you are experienced. Work from home policy applies only for management.

Poor management. All the policies are for junior employees only. Lower salaries. Baised leads for their fav team members. growth opportunities are very less. They can replace you anytime with new employees. Old technologies.

The company has a excellent work culture with the people full of enthusiasm. Novelvox offers great learning opportunities with a good pay scale. Work - life balance is good. The management is cooperative and holds an adaptive approach towards continuous improvement in policies is something to look for.

Immature higher management, they do not know to assign roles and responsibilities. They do not know who should be hired and for which position. Basic technical projects, so do not have technical learning. Hire and fire young staff without any strong base. Unethical, irresponsible, lack of vision and without any process. Highly disappointed, worst experience ever.
