Better salary than market standard. Job security higher than the avg Indian pharma houses. Encourages you to take newer assignments and roles within organisation. Promote a culture of openness and transparency (although successful implementation of that is questionable). Very good ethical standards put in place

Dislikes

Very high on beurocracy. So any process take much longer than other companies in the same space. Workplace politics quite high. Growth within company depends on how a certain handful of people perceive you.

Work life balance is good for most of the teams. Good perks like pat leave is 6month, relaxed leave policy.

Dislikes

No scope to learn something new or ground breaking. Pay is below industry standards. Every 2-3 years they keep changing the process or team structures.

Late promotion cycles. Promotion and salary hikes are given to people closer to management. Favouritism to department managers play key role here in development

Opportunities for growth are less, if someone is pure techie, may get disappointed with the kind of work. Some days pressure is a lot, while most other days are quite breezy.
