Worst management I experienced in my career, They don't give leave permissions, there is sheduled timings for lunch and tea if u go 1min before or post break 1 min also they will do some big shit. I faced mental torchure while releaving company, when I ask resignation they won't approve, Then TLs start some sentimental and emotional drama, it's totally mental torchure.

likes.. job training is good and trainer is good, excutives are friendly and work nature is good, no pressure we can feel free with team leaders,am happy to work their,nice enivormwnt and HR team also comfortable with agents

you can't maintain your life balance while working there and the timings are too long, there is no salary growth

Better to don’t go to this organisation coz less salary and everything is politics in this organisation and no recognition for an employees work And no week off’s will be taken and no leaves will be taken and HR never responds to your questions

For fresher, it is a good oppurtunity to get sales knowledge, and job security is very good. Two weekoff s in a week, work environment is very good,

Verry worst company job squarely verry lesh and not I identified employees need.only want money any how and complete your kpi if not complete any kpi salary deducting. I have worked total 3 years with under novac technology sullotion Indore.i have worked as customer support executives.
