Few bootlickers are given higher designation and those people act as owner of the organization on behalf of md's. 5.no attached toilets, you have to use common toilets in the building. 6. No extra computer or laptop are kept in this organisation as back up as told earlier that they doesn't know how to run organisation they only know how to earn money . attrition rate is too high Lastly I will say " Money can't buy class" Higher education is required.

Many things but major issue is with company is fund salary not on time , vendor payment issue. Appraisal take 4 month to get is done . Company company is made for only help Company not employees

Bunch of illiterate people run the show .md was cook who has no experience in any organisation run the show on his own rules and regulations . firing is part of job when u dnt agree with mds view . One of the worst work culture I have ever seen

There are no people to work and help you in the marketing team. Being a Brand strategist I was doing copywriter work. The KRA is not defined at all. HR is not in place and notice period structure is all over the place
