Salary and compensation is to low compared to competitor.. any concern raised to immediate manager is not even considered at priority... Corporate politics... Internal moment politics... Grievance are never addressed by divisional head's..

It's a company where your work will be recognised, your complaints will be heard and actioned upon, promotions will be given if you're deserving, if you don't like what you are doing then you will be guided to the team you are interested in.

Dislikes

Dislike is a strong word, but I noticed that the compensation is a tad bit lower than competitors

It is a good company for freshers to learn and grow.

Dislikes

The salary is very low compared to market standards and the career growth is at the cycle of 2 years but at the discretion of management. Too much of monotonous work. To much politics. Management is not that employee friendly or caring.
