Previously Northern Trust was better. It offered employees WFH opportunity, appraisal and career growth.

Dislikes

...yees career growth. Introduced one new team whose job is doing micro management. Salary that is being offered is lesser than other MNC companies. Efforts that a hard working employee put does not have any value, only the work load increases who works harder. WFH facility that was being provided has now been removed, now the outsider people who were working here has no scope for visiting their family. If you are thinking to jump company to company for your career growth you can join, otherwise it's not a company whom you should show your loyalty.

Management is Flexible to communicate in any layer.. Learning opportunities are more.. NTU platform to master the core products

Salary and compensation is to low compared to competitor.. any concern raised to immediate manager is not even considered at priority... Corporate politics... Internal moment politics... Grievance are never addressed by divisional head's..

No proper perks or benefits for employees, they take 1-10 times of work than they offer the salary, and if your manager is of other state except Karnataka then his team will be full of people of his respective state, they don't care wether they know the process, knowledge etc..

Recommended for a person who wants stability and work life balance. It entirely depends on the team's work and manager.

Dislikes

Compensation is very low when compared to competitors. Promotions will be delayed, based on their managers.

Slow growth with promotions few and far between Salary will always be lower than competitors.
