Technology is very poor. and no any long term planning for develop the Bank which is affected on employee. We need to work on holiday also & late night average bank branch closing time is 9.00 pm & badly affect employee personal life

Problems have a quick solutions. All employees act like a family. No inner politics. Very nice to work if branch doesn't suffer from ober due loans.

Dislikes

Salary very low for freshers. Too much tiers for promotion. Less incentive and bonus. Recovery always upon branch.

...ion as a RO (asset) . At the least I fell that this work is not cup of my tea. If u disbursed a loan to a customer and during the time of EMI repayment customer pay not her EMI specially slippage account (near NPA) than RO should liable to pay customer EMI even BM froce RO to pay customer EMI..This is terrible

The organisation is good but there is a lack of employee growth, promotions and other benefits like appraisal and bonuses. Organization doesn’t provide employee training for new joinee and don’t provide appraisal and bonuses on time. The increment amount is too less as compared to other banks. Company asks its employees to work on Holidays(including Sunday) without any official intimation and not getting paid for holiday work.

Appraisal are not on time, Working on Holidays, getting less employee benefits like Bonus and increment

Promotion.. New joiner fixed salary to get LO SWO Assets Officer but CO not promoted. Goalpara branch MMB Karen Ch Das and Dhruba Jyoti Goswami both are force maximum staff to resignation because they are always happy if CO resigned they think don't pressure to business growth and they are happy to CO related work like collection. And always MMB taking about CO is not good but this is actually not. He is the politics master. Goalpara branch is highest staff resigned branch only for BH and MMB. AM always believe what is MMB telling. Now days not value of Ground level post like CO...
