I was in GMO Rates Apac team. I had a terrible experience of my life in that team. Managers are too rude. No work life balance. Trainer are terrible. Too much manual work. They don't believe in automation.

If you like politics at work, a mentally degenerative environment and if you want to experience the best of the worst in technology, ethics and distrustful hierarchy, (including but not limited to the bonus of jealously, selfishness and idiocy) then this is the place to be!

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
