Teammates are supportive and management was good. Companies polices were good and the leaders were fair they give good salary on time and bonus every year and too the the work culture was good. Overall the atmosphere was not bad.

Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high.
What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
