Its depends on the account & team you work for. Job security is much better here when compared with other companies in same domain. Have worked in global & circle teams (across multiple locations & for different vendors). In some places work-life balance is very good. No much pressure on targets or time lines. There were some customers who were very understanding & supportive.

Dislikes

Major problem is salary/compensations in some functions like global. Will find huge inequality in salary slab especially in global setup. Circle teams usually will not have such issues. But the only problem here is promotions due to very less number of people working. About learning part, its very tough here. You have to learn everything on your own. There are few portals for that. But still its difficult to manage especially on the newly introduced nodes.

Worked 10+ years as external staff on peak of projects from 2006 to 2018 ,salary hike and promotion is below to average,compare to on rule staff.

No periodic salary hike for off rule,off rule is always off rule,

...ammates are supportive.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...mmates are also good, then career growth is not very well but an average to all.Salary/Arreaisal is also littel and require more work on this from company.

Dislikes

Politics is very bad as it is field job and not contribute to our work on achievement, it only depend on our your manager and all senior/Upper managers are totally trust on it whether it is right or Wrong. Work life balance is average and work envirnment is also not very well. As there is no any innovation done by company. Also it takes very short time span for training purposes as compare to other.

Me with Nokia from last 3.7 years , And overall Experience is good,Learn lots of technically terms , And job security is 90% than other company.

Being a Off role Employee i just want that Nokia have to pay attention for off role employee also.(Hike And all.)
