Price range of product is higher than other competitor brand and product is not satisfactory for the customer accroding to specification and customer demand

Nokia is very good place not only to work but also Team building, Knowledge development, On time performance and much more. Skill development improved lot and learned many more from it.

Salary is main and seeing many Partiality in giving hike yearly... This is main drawback here

No new learnings No growth Very little salary increase To much politics, only people who are old in the organisation are getting all the opportunities and promotions. Not a good company for new joiners

Appraisal and Hike is not good. Project in learning is not good based on my team. More process oriented.
