Work culture and management is very toxic, they believe in using and misusing you without providing proper compensation for the same. The management thinks it to be cool to make their employees work 17+ hours of shift daily. Pure mismanagement and victim blaming. Employees here trauma bond with each other. Don't get fooled by their flexible working hours, as it just means that you will be sitting till 5 A.M for a 20-hour shift and the manager will just say thank you without providing any overtime compensation. The profit and clients that they are getting is because of us designers who work overtime and extra hours to meet the superficial deadlines and we are not even compensated for that. They will suck the happiness out of view. PLEASE RUN FROM THIS FIRM.

don't get fooled by other reviews, save yourself some trauma by not joining the firm. there is no growth there, literally the worst culture and pathetic people. there were countless days i was working till 2 a.m. from the office, they'd ask me to work on saturday and sundays. I hardly left office before 10, they'd say they have flexible working hours, but your shift starts at dot 10, ask the people if they haven't been scolded for not showing up at office on time. its flexible only to suit them so they can make you work till late and off hours in the name of flexibility. they don't even have proper infra in place, they don't provide laptops either. so on days you'll work from home you'll work on your own system.

After working in different companies and freelancing, NoisyLion has been my favorite so far. NoisyLion has given me an awesome opportunity to work with amazing people who are very collaborative, fun and friendly. The clients/projects are challenging and enjoyable at the same time providing enough experience for starters and veterans. Also people, benefits, time and location flexibility.

The work gets challenging sometimes, but at the same time it helps you grow!
