...ossible to achieve for most of people on daily basis. Too much target pressure Variable salary ( even fixed CTC also) , only get when you achieve defined targets. No SOPs are set to work , every day there's new compliance to achieve.

Company has good incentive structure and you will earn decent salary only if you achieve the number( which might be not possible).

...icy that company follow and these policy include various penalties for employee. You will earn salary till you are achiving number as attendance is based on output matrix.

...onsider you as a human. They will not approve leaves even if the person is sick. Salary is too low as per market. Forget hike, they'll offer you almost half of your past salary because they don't have budget. No growth potential. They'll deduct your salary for not completing talktime when the clients are not receiving calls. There are better companies with better culture and salary, there's no point of joining this company unless you're a fresher and you're not getting a job anywhere.

...d also the work culture is very good , flexible work timing 2. Good package 3. Salary on time

1. They don't give time to freshers,after 1 month if a new joinee have 0 revenue then they put him/her on PIP . So In my point of view they give some to the freshers. 2. Higher authority doesn't listen about the situation of the employee.

Everything else is bad. What you need to work, that is not there at all. They think throwing salary at people gives them a certain right to do whatever they want. Forget about business sense, no common sense at all
