They are very good for hiring and firing. Sad and good at Salary deductions and CTC is myth here. You have to fight for your incentives and they can give PIP for past mistakes and low business, forget growth.

Dislikes

Highest attrition, it's not Nobroker.com IC profiles, less chance of growth, they hire new employees at high package where long term employees are at lower package. Policies are shit, insurance 1 lac only, that's impossible to get in need. Incentives are made on basis of manager choice only.

It's just the salary.... Nothing else. If you're worried about money and not about yourself then you're more than welcome to join this company

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...onsider you as a human. They will not approve leaves even if the person is sick. Salary is too low as per market. Forget hike, they'll offer you almost half of your past salary because they don't have budget. No growth potential. They'll deduct your salary for not completing talktime when the clients are not receiving calls. There are better companies with better culture and salary, there's no point of joining this company unless you're a fresher and you're not getting a job anywhere.

Salary and Incentives are quite good as compared to the other companies in this domain but recently they have changed

Work life balance and Hire - Fire culture. However it depends on your manager to some extent but overall same situation. They don't give promotions even after good achievements. Terrible work processes and SOPs. It's a complete field job
