Upper management is a joke. They change "company policies" every week. They look for excuses/reasons to cut your salary and claim to be well funded. They follow the "hire and fire" approach with sales employees. No job security, very unprofessional managers always trying to show that they're the "boss" I highly DO NOT recommend this company to anyone!

...urity, and no timely compensation. You will not even get the pay you're offered. Salary will be deducted for no apparent reason and they will not even rectify it. Company is not clear about its policies and will play god with your future on their whims.

I like the big word and false commitment for the employee.

...ructure every month as per there requirement. so no will be paid the incentive. there is no fixed salary they always try to deduct salary. please don't join this company your career will be finish.

Terrible compliance for the ground level employees, deduction of salary every month, no resolution for the same, can terminate you anytime, doesn't look at the Market conditions and expectations are very high not achieving 80% won't get your salary, product is completely driven by operations and not towards client.

No growth, management doesn't care about anything but number, no recognition, company wants ground level employees to roam on the field in covid. No support from upper management.

Then are deducting the half salary if target not completed also they have demo base salary its means what ever you input they will pay you I will never ever suggest this company to my friend and enemy i hope you under stand my feedback
