Good workplace. But since the company is growing, the processes aren't yet well defined.

Dislikes

Company is unreliable and not supportive. Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.

Toxicity within the organization CH's are buttering their higher authorities and dont take stand No language proficiency and lacks communication Pressuring to achieve the targets or else resign or will be terminated next day Organisation has Pre Sales, Sales and Post Sales team but Sales team has to do the work of pre sales as well by attempting 100 calls along with going for site visits Organisation is lacking providing the leads and criticizing for the failure in achievement of targets but won't be supporting the team

Politics to the core. They treat employees like slave.. make you work and do not pay incentive. They are hiring people from Byjus and working in real estate like Byjus. Giving all resale leads because they have resale leads only and asking to do primary sale from it. Giving unreasonalble target 3cr to an employee with 45-50K salary per month. Hire in NRI vertical and give all local resale leads. They do not give direction only pressuire to give business. Fire Hire policy. How much ever work you do they do not appreciate only expect more , greedy people. In Human Treatment.

I worked with the NoBroker Packers and Movers team in Delhi NCR, where my floor manager, Anand, was unreasonable and unhelpful. Whenever I tried to discuss an issue with him, he would dismiss my concerns, insisting he was always right. He seemed solely focused on hitting targets and numbers, disregarding the challenges we were facing.
