There's nothing to like with working at NoBroker. A toxic environment I've found in this company. It's the worst company I've ever done work with, low skilled managers they hired and no one HR take your query seriously. The managers are well trained to do flattery to their uper head managers. That's it

Noting Exceptional Has Poor Free Lunch Health insurance of low amount Incentives they give lollipop but set targets is very high that people couldn't achieve every month.

Terrible work culture Growth is Limited Job Security is on toss Won't get full salary if you do not meet the daily targets. You need to extend your shift daily to Meet the daily target, so you can the full salary for the day. No personal life

... Rather than achieving targets nothing they want, either you extend your time. Unnecessary deductions from salary in the name of checklist. Promotions and the recognisations are not based on your performance. Over all not an employee friendly work place.

During onboarding company have told, they will provide 1 month salary of doing rely off,, I got removed from the system without even 1 Day notice period, and no salary provided as they promised during onboarding

The authority stands at the first to deduct an amount of salary without any reason and if asked for it then they would ignore by stretching the days. Work from home nor leave even for a single day was not allowed if the person is suffering from some health issues So the environment in nobroker is highly toxic where no one can stay and work there permanently with a peaceful mindset. If you want to go in a depression then kindly join nobroker property manager ( customer support).
