Lack of work life balance. No overtime. Less Compensation. Lots of pressure. Senior attitude and language not good. Treating as bad as possible. No increment on time. Less growth of pay package. Assigning responsibilities without designation and pay, for a long time. In wfh, they have taken us for granted.

The authority stands at the first to deduct an amount of salary without any reason and if asked for it then they would ignore by stretching the days.
