I have worked in painting sales team Please give training to manager to convert sales leads 0 knowledge in sales and lead If manager need to work in marketing field painting department manager will be the first person to fire by the organisation

...from Colleagues that the HR was stalking women employees in the Company as well. Also there's been remarks from the same character along the lines of Hindi Imposition, comments against South Indian languages etc which are taken in Jibe by Management( consisting of IIT/IIM/ Top B school Grads) Pay Package as of 2024 is Very Low compared to Industrial Standards. You might be baited into joining the company at a lower package on the guise that you get to work for a bigger brand. Join at your Own Risk.

There is nothing which anyone can like...worst company.no work culture, no work balance. I would like to suggest please don't join this company. They are totally fake.

...r emergency leave you need to defend yourself. They wants proof for every leave. Salary deduction is also there...even you have to pay penalty for small things. I never see this type of organization. They behave like mnc...but they are zero.

...sick leaves in a month, you need to go to doctors in your condition for a note. or else no pay. How dare you aren't in office by 10am, despite stretching everyday till 8/8.30 pm?? How unprofessional. Can you leave one day early without hearing taunts as if it was a huge favour done to you akin to kidney transplantation?? Lol forget it. If you are someone who can tolerate bs seniors, lic. k their feet, nod to everything they say, let them shout at you as if you commited a sin, lay down your life for them, suffer me. ntal harrassment everyday, yet keep smiling and pretend all is fine with manager, like being watched 247, join this company and that one particular team which sits in other building, in an odd number floor. You will also be watched 247. You never know a simple discussion about tv serials, or news, or weather can determine you will get promotion or not. Everything is a test. I think hunger games was easier minus the part where you perish
