The authority stands at the first to deduct an amount of salary without any reason and if asked for it then they would ignore by stretching the days. Work from home nor leave even for a single day was not allowed if the person is suffering from some health issues So the environment in nobroker is highly toxic where no one can stay and work there permanently with a peaceful mindset. Toxicity within the organization CH's are buttering their higher authorities and dont take stand No language proficiency and lacks communication Pressuring to achieve the targets or else resign or will be terminated next day Organisation has Pre Sales, Sales and Post Sales team but Sales team has to do the work of pre sales as well by attempting 100 calls along with going for site visits Organisation is lacking providing the leads and criticizing for the failure in achievement of targets but won't be supporting the team
