...onal head, city head's are working for 5-10 months and leaving the organization. TSM's won't get salary properly, they want to compete with MYGATE and there is no market analysis and Leaders won't listen to you and your problems. no work culture. management is worst.

Company environment and culture is good. teammates are supportive and the company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The comfort zone I got from this company that is insane

I worked 10 months & I got termination I didn't get my 40 days salary of last 1 & half month I didn't get incentives of around 15k, suddenly I got removed for no reason, I raised a complaints against company but HR bala is not responding to the call.

Incentive is high... double the salary as incentive easy to convert customer Work pressure on month end only

I have worked in painting sales team Please give training to manager to convert sales leads 0 knowledge in sales and lead If manager need to work in marketing field painting department manager will be the first person to fire by the organisation
