They will have salary discussion after u got selected and they ask u how much u want take home salary and they accept that.before 1hr joining they call u and tell the salary details as what u asked for take home is ur CTC we can't do anything right now. U come join will have appraisal after 2mnths they will say. Before joining here must ask them the offer letter through mail if they not given don't go if they want u to come.

Feel working as a family. It's a second home for everyone as everyone treat as equal.

No transport and hence female employees cannot be deployed work from office during night shifts which is a drawback

I don’t like anything in Nobleserve.. not an good environment to work.. horrible culture.. Not an supportive team..

There are several points that I dislike in Nobleserve.. Worst work environment, no job security.. if they want to layoff an employee they will say lot of unnecessary things😂.. even coffee provided by them will be like hot water.. we don’t get any benefits in that company..

Recognition. Management. Great place to work with.. I always get to hear from my supervisor that "Performance is the Key" and I ensured that I deliver quality job. While I was performing and set a goal to get promoted next year, I got my promotion mid of this year as a surprise. I am so happy.. Thanks to my Team Leaders and Managers and the Management team.

Work from home was a challenge initially and had some touch time connecting with my team members.. My team leader changed it all.
