...e me comfortable. They 15 days of enough training. There is no growth in sector. Because they don't pay much. I have learned a lot from this organization . Before I go to this organization I'm not so good in language.i was good.but now I have improved a lot . Now I can speak 3 languages.Those are telugu and english and tamil. Such a nice work environment. I liked it, but they won't give enough increments. So I have resigned.

Dislikes

There is no growth. There won't pay enough money to survive. Ofcourse the work pressure is there .it's common in any organization.but I could work under pressure also.

As a soft skills trainer I have earned alot of knowledge and my teammates are very cooperative with me we performed all our duties with high responsibility.My company is best in providing security they take care of every employee and they helped at every situation . Coming to work environment it was good and fun I motivated and influenced the students how to communicate and asked them to perform public conversations etc.work life balance it is the state of equilibrium in which demands personal life and professional life.we have to carry them equally so that we can be succeeded in our life.

Dislikes in the company is salary delay we use to face some difficulties because of that other than that we dng feel uncomfortable with the company

This is not a company like a consultancy they will select if we knows english well they will send us for different schools in tamilnadu&kerala

They are not giving more salary as we r expected if we are experienced also they are giving just 15k

Through NICE education I get to understand the progress and drawbacks of the schooling system in Tamil Nadu. I also get to meet a lot of people from different places. I am paid on time without any delay and my accommodation fee is also taken care of by the company.

Your well being as a teacher will depend upon the school they send you to. and according to me there is a lot of fraudulence in this business called NICE education. Once you're recruited into their company and sent to a particular schools, these people demand you to make a few changes to your identity in favour of your position. For example most of the schools would want experienced teachers and this company has very least number of experienced communicative English trainers. In my case I'm a fresher and they have demanded me not to reveal that I'm a fresher and also tell them that I've a working experience of 2 years. A few among my colleagues have even taken new names to hide their true nativity.
