Very good when I was working at schools ... But the company's support and guidance was zero after the placement they won't even care about you they just need you to work for the contract and they earn money through us

Through NICE education I get to understand the progress and drawbacks of the schooling system in Tamil Nadu. I also get to meet a lot of people from different places. I am paid on time without any delay and my accommodation fee is also taken care of by the company.

Your well being as a teacher will depend upon the school they send you to. and according to me there is a lot of fraudulence in this business called NICE education. Once you're recruited into their company and sent to a particular schools, these people demand you to make a few changes to your identity in favour of your position. Forexample most of the schools would want experienced teachers and this company has very least number of experienced communicative English trainers. In my case I'm a fresher and they have demanded me not to reveal that I'm a fresher and also tell them that I've a working experience of 2 years. First of all teammates,I got a good team . Well, they encouraged me a lot and I can mingle with anyone. so it made me comfortable. They 15 days of enough training. There is no growth in sector. Because they don't pay much. I have learned a lot from this organization . Before I go to this organization I'm not so good in language.i was good.but now I have improved a lot .
