Salary come on time each month.

Dislikes

Company have very bad culture, It has no HR policy. Even after notice period complete Employee could not relieved on time. 12 hour working culture and to be always stay inside factory accomodations specially in Unique beverage. No refreshing culture at all. Toxic management behavior at all.

One of the best company, if you are looking for the comfort zone in life - Trust me Noble Group is the best. Best Employee as owners don't feel egoistic or arrogant in talking to employee of any level. They are always ready for any employee, there are some strict actions taken when required. Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
