The company does a lot of practicals with the running product which The sales of the product automatically degrowth due to which all the hard work done on that product becomes useless.

Working at NHPL for the past 4 years has been an enriching experience. I appreciate the supportive work culture and the collaborative team environment. I recently resumed from my Maternity Break and I am grateful for the flexibility and encouragement I have received which has made my transition back to work smoother.

There is room for improvement in terms of career growth opportunities and structured approach to promotions and compensation aligned with market benchmark.

Salary is too less as compared to designation. Too much dirty politics. If everything is good then management congratulate Only upper management & Something happens wrong then blames supervisors, officers.

Politics spoil the company culture specially at higher management. HR is completely dummy, engaged in only joining formalities. We called it as lala company.
