No work life balance. Management will act as nice but behave rudely when you quit the company. Micromanagement and no hr policies and no hr itself . Best for freshers and not for experienced

Management could improve from a traditional approach to a more rational approach Work should be shared rather than loaded on one person. This can also be improved by the management

Work culture is good. People are hard working and there's no politics involved . Senior Management is also very helpful & supportive .

Though the work is good , but the work life balance is a bit off.. Maybe due to small manpower , workload is more on each individual.
