...ay. 2. Pure way LALA Company. 3. Strict Timings and more than Industry Standard. Like they do deduct salary if you are a late comer even when you were in the office for more than 9 hours.... 4. Less Appreciation and Unclear Expectations. 5. Don't Trust on HR's word as the Designation and assigned work never aligns... Your career may get ruined.

I love the fact that i am a part of a team, High-quality products and a global client base.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day.

Likes

Everything is very nice including culture, work life balance, career growth, learning and supporting management. NMK respect loyalty of its employees. You need to be disciplined and work smartly, growth follows you at NMK.

Nothing as of now and i always believe, it depends on how you used the opportunity…

I dont remember any day of harassment from boss in my tenure here. I consider myself lucky for getting an opportunity to work with him. He has been very calm in nature and most important very supportive to all staff. It was very good experience for me of my entire career.

Dislikes

HR policy need to be liberal and should be in the benefit of employees. Basis amenities require fot staffs.

I am advise to all - please don't trust on NMK Textile mills management, they are stay on their commitment. They are given me offer letter and call for joining. Based on their offer letter i am resign my running jobs & shift the home material to Mumbai. Date of joining after some formalities they are given me shocking new they will not appoint me due to they are business relationship with my previous employer. I am loosing my both jobs , please don't join NMK Textile mills or accept the offer letter.
