This is just one year company, They dont have quality and experience in management, salary is always delay, I recieved my jan salary by 13th, no salary slip, no pf, no appointment order only you will get offer letter most of all no Job security, your maximum tenure will be 3 to 6 months, my suggestion dont join in njk it will spoil Your future.

Politics issue not getting resolved by admin and hr teams, salary sometimesdelayed. No apprisal mail only apprisal is given by phone. Don know where the job is leading to. Head office in chnnai canot appoint good staff in field, persons join on monday and leave company by next day.

...in zbm, dsm, field employee. Corporate office not knowing what happens in field. Hr team not solving any issue always delay salary like 2nd week and expense report we submit soon but no action taken from hrteam.

I was embarassed by the email sent by HR stating about my 20 yrs exp and i was insulted by him that i did not make a single contribution. I was also accused stating that i prevented my people from doing my work which is false. NJK pharma does not know what it is doing in the market regards to cardio division. the head office people do not know to use Saneforce app too. Chennai field people think that saturday is a paid holdifay for them this information was also not mentioned correctly. The CEO does not know what is happening in the field or within the teams, your HR person does not know how to rectify issues either he cascades that to the higher management or he does not know how to read and understand it. If the HR had tried to solve several issues in the field the employee turnover rate woudl have been reduced and many people would not have resigned. First learn about chennai and pondichery markets and then comment about others.

Rajesh : Who never signs the timing in attendance register and thinks he is above all in the head office. Watches Tamil movies in his laptop during Saturdays after 4:30 pm. Bosses everyone around just after his 30 days of joining in the company. Thinks that he is the boss but the reality is that not even the staffs working there are bothered to reply to his good morning messages in the group. Doesn't know anything about the roots of the company, nor about the people who have been working for over 2 years and calls every report sent to him as garbage while he doesn't even know how to use zoho mail. After he joined the company many people resigned. Gopalan : doesn't even know MS word, but calls himself head HR. Only qualification he has is that he is a brahmin. Sees YouTube videos on his desktop and sends lousy emails to others with N number of spelling mistakes. Degrades everyone in the office and does nothing better. Special features about the office : the house keeping people have a better voice than most people due to their closeness with the HR person Mrs. Saraswati, the godown is the actual cafeteria, the washrooms in the 2nd and 3rd floor are never cleaned, internet connection issues, power shut down often, no dedicated system admin
