Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...d class company. No personal life. Owner has no sense how to talk with employee. when you will get the salary you don't know. no working hours. you have to work there 12hrs. HOD is always clueless no use as a HOD in merchant team. merchant is responsible what ever is happen in company. you give notice period but you will get replacement one week before of last day. No facilities.

I got to learn new things about merchandising while working in this company.

Dislikes

...ndiser needs to do all the work on there own while leads to long working hours. Salary is not on time. The boss is really rude and arrogant in nature he doesn't have basic etiquettes. Too much politics.
