Nothing to like. A highly hyprocratic Gujarati company.

Dislikes

They pay the salary on 5th of every month and not on 30th of every month and they claim that they are no 1 company. More preference is only given to Gujaratis and rest others are not at all given any growth. The organisation is very much biased towards Gujaratis. 99% of the Zonal Heads are Gujaratis. All the meetings will be conducted in Hindi only and insist the employees to learn Hindi. Very difficult to get growth in this organisation if you are a non Gujarati. They get the work done from you like a hell and in return pay the employees only peanuts. Talents and skills are all least important in this company. Zonal HR are inefficient and they completely rely on the local team members for new employees recruitment. HR doesn't have a say on the Employee welfare. They are mere glorified backends with fancy HR designations. They get the work done from everyone and pay well only Gujaratis.

Salary structure is good for a fresher and head office culture at surat is good

Company kolkata east zone culture is very bad. Seniors are quite rude. They pressurerise everytime. They don't know how to behave with woman also. There is no logic no sense in work culture. Just worst. Don't join.

Very hard to balance between professional life and personal life Superior have too much ego A little bit mistake will not be allowed from your side because we are a machine not a human Too much politics in dept. And also in company Too much pressure , matlab itna pressure denge ki aap samne se job chhod ke chale jaoge , nikalenge nhi per aap Frustrated hoke nikal jaoge

Good policies of company but salary is low and almost no incentive during probation of 12 months

Dislikes

Politics of branch level management and most terrible think is that there is no employee freindly atmosphere managers used abusive languages against there staff and after complain there is no hearing of junior employees. Most pathetic thing is no senior level management willing to listen your complain. This is the main reason of my resignation from this organization.

Dislikes

Depend on the branch where you going to join. For Patna Branch: Less Gross Salary, Environment is highly toxic. Working culture & Management are poor. Upper management only loaded the work to UM. BM neither support or guide UM especially in Patna Branch. Ideally sitted most of the time. Fully Target based job. Main work is to do only cold calling & visit Advisors for the recruitment purpose.
