No job security, you can get fired any time. For some teams, work life balance is bad and for some people its good Politics Only spoons can get good work whether they are brilliant or not. Some people do work of others and some show off as they have done all things alone

Every year company takes every employee to Goa.

Dislikes

Don't expect any skill development or growth in this company. Hardwork is not appreciated. Marketing team is handling sales department and it is failing miserably. Office politics is at different level.

Have been working with the organization for more than 5 years now and they always provide a regular opportunities and challenging work which helps us to be flexible , learn new skills. They provide better environment to work such as work like balance, regular employee recognization, Fruitful and challenging opportunity,Qualified and experienced set of senior faculty which guides from time to time.

All employees are having company laptops and vpn access still management is asking them to come to the office. Even though employees can work from easily unlike MNC. Also, there is no restricted ODC or client-specific ODC still they are asking people to come to the office

Politics is more than that of any government. Management is the worst.No salary hike.They are so overconfident that they don't have single BA in the whole company since the start

In this crucial condition they are asking people to come to office . Even if they are having work from home policy

They hire for very short period and then start firing.There is only politics,politics and politics.You have to work very hard still they will blame you.They don’t think about employees but their friends. They don’t have single BA in whole company, because of which they lose many clients. No matter how good are you they will torture you. They don’t even care about maternity leaves. They fire such employees. No hike or rewards or recognition. They hire you on short notice, they don’t pay for remaining days
