Horrible experience with Niyo, initially the core management was in responsibly mature people but due to office politics those quality people left the company and ineligible people were promoted to satisfy their favourites. CEO blindly follows certain ppl without even using his own brain like its a picnic not company. HR team works like SBI bank with no resolution, promotion happening on favouritism rather then productivity. Soon all the horses will be scattered in market and this company will be left will all donkeys as a result of favouritism politics.

Terrible place to work, especially because you can’t trust HR head or service team HR (Nandini). They pretend to care about employee, but don’t actually address any concerns. They always give the illusion of support, but when it comes to actually addressing employees concerns, they do nothing in fact, raising issues with them only leads to them finding ways to get rid of you. they would not take any effort to validate the hard work and give hike for the employees effort. They are more focused on protecting their own interest. They won’t acknowledge your contribution and instead of offering appraisals, they will find ways to push you out If you raise concerns, there is no opportunity you will end up doing the same job. If you’re looking for career advancement, this is not the right place. Management is filled with politics.

Worst company and management please don’t join this company no action from CEOs for the customer service team. what’s going on he doesn’t look into it. Worst CEO. I never seen this kind of CEOs on roll and contract pay roll people there is lot of partiality with the 2 rolls and caste biased management for the customer support . Totally worst company experience

Excellent organisation if you're starting your job as a fresher/entry-level. Salary will be credited on last working day of the month. Overall a great environment to work.

Dislikes

Involved a little politics. Growth is too lethargic. Don't expect for Promotions or high-appraisals.

It's a small company so exposure is great if someone wants to stand out.

Dislikes

No fixed Appraisal cycle and promotions. Growth in terms of salary is equal to nothing. You get into alot of office politics, employees are ill treated well and no value for loyalty, no job security.
