I joined niyo in 2020 as a risk and compliance analyst on contractual basis. Niyo didn't provide any facilities to it employees. I have to bear travelling expenses myself. Company work culture and environment is not good so far. I was not able to get more knowledge about products offered by Niyo and was not able enhance my skills by working at Niyo. There is no job security at Niyo. If you underperforming you will get fired. There is no performance improvement plan. I had worst experience by working at Niyo. I won't recommend anyone to join Niyo. They had terminated my contract within a year.

There is no job security in niyo. No compensation for working on weekends and environment and work culture is not good compared to competitors. I really didn't like working at Niyo. There is space crunch in office.

It's a small company so exposure is great if someone wants to stand out.

No fixed Appraisal cycle and promotions. Growth in terms of salary is equal to nothing. You get into alot of office politics, employees are ill treated well and no value for loyalty, no job security.

During my time here, I’ve observed a deeply concerning culture of favoritism, where hard work often goes unrecognized, and preferential treatment is given to a select few based on personal relationships rather than merit. This has created a toxic environment, where dedicated employees are mentally harassed or pushed to the edge until they choose to leave. HR leadership—particularly J@gd!$h—has consistently demonstrated bias and unprofessional conduct, including mishandling sensitive situations, promoting friends without merit, and fostering a work environment that disregards employee well-being. I've also seen troubling patterns such as unfair treatment of women and questionable cost-cutting measures at the expense of hardworking staff. Many colleagues have chosen to disengage from their responsibilities, relying instead on their personal ties with HR for protection. This kind of behavior goes unchecked and further demoralizes those who are committed to their work. Now that I am serving my notice period, I intend to formally communicate this experience to the higher management. What’s often labeled as “ego” here is actually an assertion of self-respect—something I will continue to stand by. Quantity of 9 Working hours are more imp than quality of work

Horrible experience with Niyo, initially the core management was in responsibly mature people but due to office politics those quality people left the company and ineligible people were promoted to satisfy their favourites. CEO blindly follows certain ppl without even using his own brain like its a picnic not company. HR team works like SBI bank with no resolution, promotion happening on favouritism rather then productivity. Soon all the horses will be scattered in market and this company will be left will all donkeys as a result of favouritism politics.
