Terrible place to work, especially because you can’t trust HR head or service team HR (Nandini). They pretend to care about employee, but don’t actually address any concerns. They always give the illusion of support, but when it comes to actually addressing employees concerns, they do nothing in fact, raising issues with them only leads to them finding ways to get rid of you. they would not take any effort to validate the hard work and give hike for the employees effort. They are more focused on protecting their own interest. They won’t acknowledge your contribution and instead of offering appraisals, they will find ways to push you out If you raise concerns, there is no opportunity you will end up doing the same job.
