Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. for freshers it will be good choice and they can start their life from the scratch and please left the company after one year.

Dislikes

There no proper structure or rules to follow everyone mind their own business, manager is a big uneducated guy that he asks employees what is your role and what are you working on after one year when you went to ask hike, such a person he's I hope this will help you to get to know about company.

There is nothing to like in Nitya. Company started 15 years back with no professionalism & NO corporate culture. The start up companies are far better than this one.

Dislikes

Poor management, no scope to learn, poor HR Policies. The office environment is not good.
