It's well established company, on time salaries and never delayed in incentives. Team is very supporting. This is one of the company I would suggest if you want to build and grow in your career.

There no proper structure or rules to follow everyone mind their own business, manager is a big uneducated guy that he asks employees what is your role and what are you working on after one year when you went to ask hike, such a person he's I hope this will help you to get to know about company.

There is nothing to like in Nitya. Company started 15 years back with no professionalism & NO corporate culture. The start up companies are far better than this one.

Poor management, no scope to learn, poor HR Policies. The office environment is not good.
