...... Bcs my TL was worst person he was very pressurised and tortured person...... NITS put more more more pressure on telecalling agents with least least least salary... We can say it was coolies payment, work done by a telecalling agent and salary was 0.........9 hours work time....they need 7 hours talktime need 450+ dials.... & hourly targets

Salary was very low... Lunch break 25 mints..... No tea break...... TL s targets on specfic telecalling agents and put more pressure and they show partiality TL always insult in group message...... Agent have to reach hourly target at any cost........ Even they didn't give time for going to wash room also

Thank GOD, I don't work here. But I have given Interview, and it was worst.

...ys a week, where Saturday is half day(evening shift) and need to work from home. Also there is a 1year & 6months of Bond Policy, where if you leave the organization with in that period of time you will either have to work of 2 months without pay, or need to compensate 2 months salary, or 1 month work without pay with compensate 1 month salary. Also, Its not a full Time work form home, the person need to go office first half and then need to work from home in night shift. No Benefits and Facilities provided, like Gymnasium, Education assistance, Health Insurance. And the company pay way too less to experience holders

Technical lead and seniors were helpful and supportive and learning environment with them. but the Hr persons were diplomatic and doing lots of politics for only favour to their relatives and loving ones. There is no job security and no such policies if you complain against the wrong thing happened to you.

Dislikes

...king hours always extended in nights. Groupism and politics is always there. No good % of hike in salary even though if your manager and HR provide you good feedbacks.

Nits solutions is a growing company with services providing to top automobile company. Some department specifically Data Team, where employees are leaving with falsifying excuses. The Management should examine in depth the reason. This day, where EY employee sucided not because of heavy load but because of the culture. Every company should try to eliminate toxic managers, employees who are abetting to such things.

There will be 2 round of interview , 1 st round technical 2nd round hr i was interviewed there as a data scientist,

Please Don't work in data science department , employee will have to work in 2 shift 11- 6, and 9:30 to 11:30 also there is 18 month of bond Please Don't Join This Organisation .
