Dislikes

No much of good appraisal they will give good CTC in beggining but they won't give good hikes yearly they don't try to retain much even though env is very challenging not much of help from senior management just they outsource to clients and you are done

Nothing - HR are liars. They said 3 month notice period but gave only one month salary and gave the threat that they will teminate if not resign .

Toxic Work Environment With Serious Consequences: My experience at Nitor infotech has been deeply concerning due to the toxic work culture that prevails in the organization. Here are some issues i've observed: 1. Management Issues: The managerial style is highly aggressive and unprofessional. I've witnessed managers shouting at employees during meetings, which creates an environment of fear rather than collaboration. This behavior has led to significant anxiety among team members, particularly women, who often feel humiliated and undervalued. 2. Nepotism and Favoritism: There is troubling culture of favoritism, where promotions and hires seem to be based more on personal connections than on merit. This practice not only undermines the talent within the organization but also perpetuates a toxic atmosphere where employees feel they need to engage in office politics to advance their careers. 3. Mental Health Risks: The negative environment has reached a point where it can affect employees' mental health significantly. There is a real concern that this stress and anxiety could lead to serious consequences, similar to tragic incidents we've seen in other companies. It's crucial for management to recognize the long-term impact of their actions on employee well-being. Advice for Management: It's imperative that leadership undergoes training on effective communication and conflict resolution. Creating a supportive and respectful workplace should be a priority. Employees should feel safe and valued, not fearful of their managers' reactions. Nitor needs to urgently address these issues to create a healthy work environment.
