Very good physical environment, comparatively ok kind of work life balance, lot of fun and energy with students...apart from these there is nothing tempting to work.

Dislikes

Though it is state government run tourism institute of national importance, there is no established systems and procedures. Who ever is the Director or Chairman can feel like a supremo and act like as if it is their family business. This is not at all good for an organisation of a national repute and where even international students are studying. None of the board of directors have interest in taking active part in its governance or object for its malfunctioning. Many times majority of them do not even turn up for BoG meeting. Whereas, it is a good institute for freshers to get some experience, retired persons for their relaxed life, and for the persons who can not get a better job than this in their life time and can boot polish to the people who sits in the Chair. Sorry for this language. Because, I did not get better words than this to explain about.
