you will get good CTC on papers Very easy onboarding process, you don't even realise that you have onboarded.

Dislikes

No corporate ethics. They will not give salaries, I dint got 45 days of my salary. If you putdown your papers and serve notice, they will encourage to do moonlighting and work at new company and support at Nit Data client at the same time. If 6 months project completed they will not give you notice and all of a sudden they will inform you 1 week before and close your employment.

It's been one and half year, since I have been working here, A great place to learn, enhance and succeed. You will get an opportunity to prove yourself and improve your skills. It has a good work environment

Worked with NiT Data for over 2yerars. I joined one of the top MNC company under NiT Data payroll and later on converted to a full-time employee. Very friendly and supportive staff, I really enjoyed working with NiT Data.
