If you like to learn this is the good place to practice, If you are working offshore, you get limited chance to prove yourself as a good coder.

Dislikes

Some higher smart managers are not knowledgeable enough to drive teams. They follow only Nisum guidelines. No one actually for help you to go dev community easy. They even afraid to talk with clients because of less experienced. Duration of working hours normaly 10-14 hrs a day. Very complex application breaks your patience.

Linkedin Learning available for skills development, work-life balance as opposed to other service based companies where people are forced to work for 12-14 hrs.

No cultural fit, no job security, no clarity on roles. I dont see myself contributing to overall growth.

I have been working in Nisum Technologies from past 3years Pros - Lovely, friendly approachable co-workers from senior management down - Benefits like free cafe, breakfast , snacks and dinner with min charge of lunch when we use to work from office premises - Constantly given opportunity to change project and upgrade skills by providing trainings with latest technologies - Employee Satisfaction is of high priority - Always looking for ways to help employees in and out of work! - Funtastic Fridays even in lockdown and provide gifts for winners, Cons I don't really have any currently

Not satisfactory at all. Was production support instead of development or maintenance

Dislikes

Everything.. no proper cafeteria. You have to wash your own dishes. Even in summer we used to sit on rooftop with tinshades for eating lunch. Left it on 4th day itself.
