I have never worked in a place with such poor management. It's clear that the higher-ups have no idea what they're doing. They make unrealistic demands and set unattainable goals, leaving the employees feeling overwhelmed and undervalued. It's as if they have no understanding of the challenges we face on the front lines. Furthermore, there is a complete lack of support from management. When issues or concerns are raised, they are either ignored or brushed under the rug. It's as if they don't care about the well-being of their employees, and it's incredibly disheartening. In short, the management at this company is a disaster. Their incompetence and lack of leadership have created a toxic and demotivating work environment that makes it nearly impossible to thrive or find job satisfaction.
