No appreciation, company policy changes made so many times a year, there is no set of proper rules and regulations followed. Lots of policy changes happened regularly. Job security was very unfair.

There is nothing to like about this company .

Dislikes

I have never worked in a place with such poor management. It's clear that the higher-ups have no idea what they're doing. Communication is virtually non-existent, and when they do communicate, it's often contradictory or vague. Decisions are made on a whim, without any consideration for how it will impact the employees. This lack of leadership has created a chaotic and demoralizing work environment. The management team also seems completely disconnected from the day-to-day realities of the workplace. They make unrealistic demands and set unattainable goals, leaving the employees feeling overwhelmed and undervalued. It's as if they have no understanding of the challenges we face on the front lines. Furthermore, there is a complete lack of support from management. When issues or concerns are raised, they are either ignored or brushed under the rug. It's as if they don't care about the well-being of their employees, and it's incredibly disheartening. In short, the management at this company is a disaster. Their incompetence and lack of leadership have created a toxic and demotivating work environment that makes it nearly impossible to thrive or find job satisfaction. Title: "A Hostile and Unpleasant Workplace" This workplace is a nightmare. The atmosphere is toxic, and it's primarily due to the working conditions and the people within it. The physical workspace is cramped, poorly lit, and in serious need of renovation. The lack of investment in creating a comfortable and functional work environment is baffling. But what's even worse is the way employees treat each other. There's a pervasive culture of hostility, favoritism, and gossip. It's not a place where teamwork and collaboration flourish. Instead, you're more likely to find yourself constantly on edge, wondering when the next office drama will unfold. The workload is overwhelming, and there's little recognition or reward for your efforts. It feels like a sweatshop where you're expected to work yourself to the bone without any consideration for work-life balance. The stress is palpable, and it's affecting everyone's mental and physical health. Additionally, there's a severe lack of professional development opportunities. The company doesn't invest in its employees' growth, and career advancement is virtually non-existent. This lack of opportunity, combined with the terrible working conditions and interpersonal dynamics, makes it a place that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. In conclusion, this workplace is a dreadful and demoralizing environment. It's characterized by poor working conditions and a toxic culture that makes it a place to avoid at all costs.
