I have never worked in a place with such poor management. It's clear that the higher-ups have no idea what they're doing. It's as if they have no understanding of the challenges we face on the front lines. Furthermore, there is a complete lack of support from management. When issues or concerns are raised, they are either ignored or brushed under the rug. It's as if they don't care about the well-being of their employees, and it's incredibly disheartening. In short, the management at this company is a disaster. Their incompetence and lack of leadership have created a toxic and demotivating work environment that makes it nearly impossible to thrive or find job satisfaction.
