Never ever want to work in crescent nissan and also never suggest any one to go there.i have never seen this type of organisation, where an employee is a slave.i have given rating as 1 star because I have to rate by 🌟 only.Employee retention is zero.If you want to make your career useless go there and join.Fake people !! Not the least they can terminate you any time, because they specifically mentioned in appointment letter that they can terminate you any time, in clause 3.If I am going to write about crescent nissan then it is now a waste of time. Please please and please never ever go to crescent nissan GURUGRAM

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
