...npower and has a Pan India Good High Profile client base, another plus point is there is a cosmopolitan atmosphere salary is not as per seniority or experience, salary and increments are arbitrary in nature, We were Laid Off During this Covid-19 Pandemic against the centres Directives, since April2020, Not paid salaries from april to june, and now in Full and final process, Overall the experience and learning was good, wont say much now.

There is a lot of partiality in staff. No personal growth, no pramotion, no future, in this company. Salary pay in 2-3 months. Please do not join this worst agency.

I have worked in nisa, not much for six months, the facility of nisa is very good and payment would have been fixed on the same date, as soon as I worked in nisa, I liked working in nisa, I wish I still work in nisa i wish i got a chance again today i would be ready to work without thinking

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
