Occasionally bottlenecks are created by unavailability of the directors. Some employees need to take more ownership and be professional. Deadlines need to be more realistic in order to meet them.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration.

Sometimes, I have to work extra hours in the evening.
